If your order is placed before 2pm NZDT on a business day (Mon-Fri), it leaves our warehouse the same day! Orders placed after 2pm NZDT or on weekends, will be dispatched the next business day.
Orders with multiple items may be dispatched from separate locations and as a result, you may receive your order in multiple consignments. If this is the case you will receive separate tracking for each part of your delivery.

How do I track my order?
You will receive an automated notification 24-48 hours after your order is dispatched with your tracking via email.
You can follow your parcels journey through our tracking portal. In the event that your order is dispatched from multiple locations, you will receive multiple tracking numbers.
Make sure to double check your junk/spam folder for this email just in case it’s ended up there.

Why have I received multiple confirmation emails?
Sometimes, when making an order through our online store, our primary warehouse isn’t able to fulfill your order completely.
When this happens - your order then becomes what we call a split order. This means an order that has over 2 units can sometimes be split between our numerous warehouses around Australia so we can fulfill your order 100%.
If your order has more than 2 items and you only receive part of it in your first package, it is more than likely your order has been split and we have had to send out the rest of your order from a different location.

Do I need to be home for my delivery?
All online orders from our New Zealand online store will be dispatched with ‘Authority to Leave’ at the time of purchase.
Although the courier will use their discretion, if they do not think it is safe to leave your parcel unattended, they will take your parcel to your local post office and will leave a card to call.
If you have inquiries relating to the whereabouts of your parcel - where possible we suggest following up with the courier directly.

For Standard Delivery orders, your shipping is free if the value of your order is over NZ$120.00.
