How to return a Click and Collect?
Click and Collect orders can be returned the same as any other online order and your options will depend on which payment type you have used to make your purchase. To find out more, please take a look at our Returns Policy.
Click and Collect 'Unavailable'?
If the Click and Collect option is available, and you haven't had any luck with the postcode search for 'click and collect', then this item may no longer be available in the stores in your area for ‘click and collect’ and so cannot be purchased through the online store.
The item will be listed as available as it is able to be purchased from a nationwide location that may be outside your radius. This is when the message will pop up telling you to choose delivery if you then do not see the clickable option for delivery, then this is a clear indicator that the item is unfortunately sold out for delivery at this stage.

When can I pick up my Click and Collect order?
All Click and Collect orders are packed by our amazing store teams within 3-24 hours from the time the order is placed. You’ll get an email notification once your order is ready to be picked up, so be sure to keep an eye out for this since it will be the indicator that you’re all clear to head into the store location and collect the order.READ FULL ARTICLE
How does Click & Collect work?
It's easy! Simply browse the website and find the products you want, then follow the steps below:
Select your sizeREAD FULL ARTICLE
Select 'Click & Collect' then enter your postcode & search radius and click 'Check'.
The closest stores to you with available stock will then be displayed, select your preferred store then click 'Buy & Collect In-Store'.
This will add the product to your cart, and you are free to browse and add other products to your cart.
Once you are ready to complete your order, click the cart icon in the top right corner to review your cart then click 'Proceed to Checkout'
Now complete the order by entering your personal details and payment information.
Once you have successfully placed your order, wait for us to send you an email telling you your order is ready, then simply go to your selected store with your tax invoice (which we send via email) and your photo ID (so we know it's you!) to grab your shoes! Please note: If you need to nominate someone other than yourself to collect the order, we require prior contact to our Customer Care team. We may request to see the credit card used or speak to the cardholder at any stage. The nominee will also be required to show a form of I.D.
Once your order is placed, our in-store team will be notified and they'll get busy preparing your order! Once it's ready we'll send you an email letting you know and you can come and collect!
I checked out as a guest?
When you check out as a guest, unfortunately, your order won't be associated with your account if you created the account after your purchase.
You will, however, receive an email with tracking information so you can track the progress of your order.

How do I create a customer account?
Click on "Log In" at the top of the screen and select the "Create Account" button.
You will be directed to enter the information required to create your customer account.
You may also choose to create an account when you proceed to the checkout. An email address will be required.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
Our courier network will happily deliver to Parcel Lockers and PO Boxes where possible.

Can I use my gift card online?
We currently have two kinds of gift cards in circulation.
If you have one of our newer gift cards with a voucher pin code on the back, this can be used online to purchase.
If you have one of our older gift cards with no voucher pin code, this can only be used within one of our physical in-store locations nationwide.READ FULL ARTICLE
An item in my cart disappeared?
Stock on our website is live and reflects what is available in real time.
Placing an item in your shopping cart doesn't guarantee the purchase of an item. Until you've completed the checkout process another customer may have purchased the item, even if it's in your shopping bag.

What is an oversell?
While uncommon, from time to time we have an influx of customers all hoping to order the same item, we realize when attempting to fill these orders that unfortunately we can't fulfill them all.
If you have received an email about your order being oversold, this means that we were, unfortunately, unable to fulfill your entire order or part of your order.
When this happens, please be assured that your money has been refunded to your original payment method and can take anywhere from 3 - 5 business days to show back in your account.READ FULL ARTICLE
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel, change or update the details of your order. We take pride in our fast delivery which means most orders are packed and dispatched within a short amount of time.
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our customer care team by sending them an email and they will do their best!
While we will make every attempt to accommodate your request, if your order has already been packed by our team we will be unable to cancel it. You can, however, return any unwanted items in accordance with our returns policy.READ FULL ARTICLE
