If you're in one of our stores, please ask to speak to the Store Manager. We have empowered our Managers and Assistant Managers to make a number of decisions about your purchase.
Our Store Managers can choose to agree if there is a genuine manufacturing fault and either exchange for the same item and size, or a full refund (depending on the payment method). You can check out our Returns Policy here.
Our Store Managers can also choose to disagree that there is a genuine manufacturing fault and therefore not process the return.
